Common questions
What do I need to bring?
A current, government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, or passport) for every person signing, and your completed documents. Please don’t sign anything before the notary arrives. You need to sign in front of them.
Can you help me fill out or explain my documents?
Our notaries can’t give legal advice or help you choose or prepare legal documents, since they aren’t attorneys. They can verify identities, witness signatures, and notarize. If you have questions about what a document means, please contact an attorney first.
How fast can you get here?
We’re open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and same-day appointments are often available. With several notaries on our team, call or text and we’ll give you the earliest available time.
Do you go to hospitals, jails, or nursing homes?
Yes. We regularly visit hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and jails. The signer must be alert, able to understand what they’re signing, and have a valid ID. For jail visits, check the facility’s visitation rules ahead of time. We’re happy to help you figure that out.
Do you work with businesses?
Yes. We work with title companies, law firms, lenders, car dealerships, and HR departments. Business accounts get priority scheduling and monthly invoicing. Contact us to set one up.
Can you print my documents for me?
Yes. Email your documents to whiterockmobilenotary@gmail.com before your appointment, and we’ll print them and bring them with us so everything is ready to sign when we arrive.
